01. CONTACT US
We can't wait to hear what you're planning! Share your ideas with us through our online Inquiry Form. From there, we’ll dive into your vision together and explore how Photochic can add that perfect touch to your big day. Between picking out fun add-ons or tailoring a package to your budget, we’re here to make sure everything feels just right for you.
02. FINALIZE DETAILS
Once your custom package is created, securing your date is simple: just return your signed contract and a $200 deposit. Once booked, the fun begins! We’ll design a custom photo template inspired by your event’s aesthetic to ensure your vision comes to life. We’ll stay in close contact with you and your planners leading up to the big day, taking care of every detail so you don't have to.
03. EVENT DAY
On the big day, we’ll arrive early to check in with your coordinators and get everything perfectly in place. We take care of all the behind-the-scenes testing to ensure a seamless experience, so the booth is ready and waiting for you and your guests to enjoy!
04. PHOTO SHARING
You’ll receive a link to your custom 'time capsule' shortly after the event. Valid for 30 days, this gallery lets you and your guests relive the magic, download your favourites, and share all those wonderful memories long after the party ends.
